Once you shipped the package you will receive an email containing your tracking number through which you can follow the path of the goods online. The package will be carefully packed in a box and styrofoam to protect the goods from shocks during shipping by courier.

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip. In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "goods subject to control" on the delivery note received by courier or by another operator. The goods will be delivered by courier within 48 hours from all over Italy. The products, packed in shipping container, are delivered in Italy and around the world via courier SDA EXPRESS COURIUER or BRT. Shipments will be insured in ways required by the customer.

For each parcel is reported the number of the waybill and web address where you can follow the route of your shipment on-line

Spese di consegna

Il costo del trasporto verrà calcolato in base al peso e al numero di colli che compongono gli articoli ordinati.
È possibile effettuare comodamente il calcolo del trasporto del/i prodotti desiderati usando lo strumento Spese di Trasporto che si trova in ogni scheda descrittiva prodotto.

L'importo della spedizione segnalato non concerne l'assicurazione sulla spedizione che è facoltativa ma vivamente consigliata e che incide diritto fisso 6 euro ogni 500 euro assicurati. 
Se si opta per l'opzione senza assicurata IDEALIGHT non si ritiene responsabile di eventuali danni subiti dai prodotti durante la spedizione.
